Enterprise Development scope can cover many domains of expertise. I mainly focus on three of them: management, information system, marketing and sales.
Here are some skills I have accumulated over the years.
There is no pre-made rules for boosting a business, each vision, structure, and context is specific.
Understand the enterprise vision and the business goals.
Conduct research on the enterprise’s market and the users needs.
Develop multiple concrete solutions to bring valuable enhancements.
Design and plan the what, where and how of the chosen solution.
Implement the solution and monitor the actions to evaluate, review and adapt.
Support the management in the day by day operations and improvements.
Like already said, those are used for the scope i work on, which is management, information system, marketing and sales.
